Nandalal Bose(1882—1966), who is a student of the nephew Abanindranath Tagore of the famous Indian poet Rabindranath Tagore, was the most important painter of Indian Bengal School of Painting. It can be said that Nandalal Bose was a synthesizer in Indian Art history . He made a cross fusion of Western art, China-Japan Art, Persian-Arab and Indian art and other arts . His Painting were in styles of Unique and diverse. His impact on 20th century Indian art is enormous. There are available references to research experiences and lessons from Nandalal Bose , Bengal School of Painting and its movement for exploring the nationalization and modernization of Chinese Oil Painting.
