Zheng Fu is a kind of literary work which takes Zheng(one of the oldest musical plucked instrument of China) for object and describes in the form of Fu(A peculiar literary genre in ancient China).As one form of Fu on musical instruments, Zheng Fu is not only a literary work but also historical materials in musicology.Han & Wei Dynasties are a glorious period in the development of Zheng music, whose forms, skills, music pieces and evaluation improved greatly.This research studies, illustrates and compares the eight pieces of Fu(Hou Jin in Later Han, Ruan Yu in Wei, Fu Xuan in Jin, Gu Kaizhi in Jin, Jia Bin in Jin, Chen Yao in Jin, Xiao Gang in Later Liang,Gu Yewang in Later Chen) in the method of musicological research combining with other historical materials.It aims at analysing the sources, forms, music qualities, skills and standards of evaluation of Zheng and exploring the musical culture of them, therefore to illustrate the value of Zheng Fu in musicology and comment on the development and influence of Zheng in Han & Wei Dynasties.
