History always has enough patience and time for people to reflect. Wang Shiwei used his life to defend the dignity of literature and literary personality. Half a century ago he was killed, but twenty years ago he was rehabilitated. However, the complex relationship between Yanan and Wang Shiwei had been no serious academic research. The most of articles what we see today are the fact and the recall of history, but they are short of rational analysis study. In this paper, I analyzed the complex relationship of Wang Shiwei and Yanan literature in-depth on the background of 1937-1947 Yanan literature campaign in order to find out the causes and impact of Wang Shiwei's tragedy.This paper has three major components. In the first part of this article, by investigating the objective and subjective factors of Wang Shiwei went to Yanan in 1937, when the Chinese was suffering in the ridden calamity, I want to prove that Wang Shiwei was a firm Marxist believer and revolutionary follower. In the second part of this article, by studying the complex relationship between Wang Shiwei and Yanan literature middle construction, I want to mining out the true reason of Wang Shiwei's tragedy. The third part mainly analyze the impact of Wang Shiwei's tragedy on Yanan literary ecology, writer personality and politics of literary thought and inspirit people to find balance between politics and art in this basis, looking for the free expression of Chinese intellectuals .Using the principles of community-historical criticism and psychological criticism, reflecting the objective and true history, proposing my valuable viewpoints and conclusions on the basis of researching seriously analyzing carefully .
