Friedrich Hlderlin:the Research Of New Myth And Image Of Christ

Johann Christian Friedrich H?lderlin was a major German lyric poet, commonly associated with the artistic movement known as Romanticism.In his lifetime and the 19th century he was little known or understood and slipped into obscurity shortly after his death,but now is widely recognized today as one of the highest points of German literature.The paper is diveded into three parts.The first part is about his life and the bibliography and the state of research.The second part is concerned with the concept of his new myth which will be figure out by analyzing the development of the concept from his early period to later period.And I think through the making of new myth H?lderlin tried to reunite the division between commom experiences and divine experiences after the Enlightenment.Finally,I will talk about the relationship between H?lderlin and Christianity by analyzing the changed image of Christ in H?lderlin'works, and point that the image changes from the Greeknize back to Christianity.
