This article uses the file literature material which already consulted,as cut into spot take the telegraph appearance ,emphatically to the cause and process about the establishment of Fujian telegraph in Late Qing Dynasty, including the effects to the modernization of Fujian society in Late Qing Dynasty.The full text consists of three parts,approximately more than 30,000 characters.the first part has outlined the condition of Fujian traditional communication before the telegraph appearance.The second part thenelaborated Fujian modern times communication vicissitude—the establishment of telegraph career .The third part further analyzed the influence which the telegraph career had on the modernization of Fujian communication in Late Qing Dynasty.May see through the above elaboration :Firstly, Fujian telegraph in Late Qing Dynasty was began by west country's power.the telegraph appearance gave Fujian modern communication field a new and rapid development ,that is, the message transformation means had changed from three kinds of natural methods which included oral, written words and real objects to an additional methods using telegraph siganals,apart from them.Secondly , the establishment of Fujian telegraph in Late Qing Dynasty had hard experience. Fujian was the first province permitted to set up electric wires in China in Late Qing Dynasty , thus ,It became the early experiment to begin communication modernization in china.Thirdly, although the Fujian wired telegraph line network covered limitly,it had great impact on the early modernization of Fujian society, it not only gave birth to the reform of Fujian modern communition, but also played an important role in those fields such as politics, military, education, culture and economy, etc.
