Li Yu is an outstanding writer in our country's history of literature. He made fruitful achievements in his writing, and reached a very high achievement in construction of the literary theory. He had leave a special book on literary theory《Xian Qing Ou Ji》, he also set forth his own opinion extensively and deeply in his a lot of drama works, poetry, and novels, proses. The pursuit of Secular-rization language is a very important idea of literary creation in his drama theory and lots of works. He formed his own unique concept of Secular-rization language in the basis of learning from the predecessors, and combined with his own writing practice. Li Yu's concept of Secular-rization language has a great impact on the writers of the time, as well as the writers of later generations. His pursuit of Secular-rization language played a great role on the process of drama development in Qing dynasty and the later literary history. At present, there are a lot of researches on Li Yu's drama theory, but few researches on his concept of Secular-rization language in the drama theory. In the foundation of studying on the previous concept of Secular-rization language, we can get Li Yu's concept of Secular-rization language, and then I summed up the concept of Secular-rization language in Li Yu's drama theory, analyzing from his theory of drama work and novel work. Additionally, we can analyze the causes of Li Yu's concept of Secular-rization language. I think there are three reasons: theory of origin, social conditions, and subjective reasons. Li Yu's views of Secular-rization language have a significance and profound influence on the later generations. Therefore, there are explorations of those impacts in the last part.
