German composer Helmut Lachenmann (1935-), one of the most excellent composers in contemporary European music field, is famous for his unique composing style, and has become the represent of the Europe contemporary New Music. He has being exploring, and aims to promote the development of New Music.This thesis focuses on his trio work Allegro Sostenuto, which is composed between the year 1986 and 1988. And this thesis is composed of five parts, that is the exordium, chapter one, chapter two, chapter three and the conclusion. In the exordium, the author illustrates Lachenmann's composing character and ideas from the point of the composing background, the trend of thoughts in literature, the music environment, as well as Lachenmann's ideas of philosophy, that is the organizing and classifying ideas to the acoustics and the ideas to the acoustics structure; Chapter one analyses the three steps of the acoustics' organizational form developed from the microcosmic to the macrocosmic form; Chapter two analyses the organizing characters of the whole acoustics structure, thereby further illustrating the applying of Lachenmann's structural organization ideas in his works. Chapter three surveys the rhythmic character from the perspective of acoustics' dynamic procedure. In the conclusion, the author summarizes the organizing principles of the work's acoustics, so that we have a whole perspective of Helmut Lachenmann's composing style and ideas.
