Reserch On Koguryo Weapon

Koguryo,the country lie in the north-east china,founded in 37 BC.,destroyed in 668 AD.Beacuse Koguryo man is short of food and resourse,they start wars between their neigbors.Bad temper is also one reason to start wars.The history of Koguryo is a history of war.Most people are fighters,using their weapons as tool during the period of peace,so they can fight sillful during the war.Weapon is so important that it have much influence on Koguryo pelole's daly life.Koguryo weapon include arrowhead,cross-bow,sword,armor,knife,blade,helmet,spear,shoes with nail.Most weapons is similar to that in china.Still some weapons have it's own characteristics.Koguryo people can make weapon all by their own,but no ancient ruins was found.There are many wall-painting in tombs,which describe the view of hunting and war.For example:in Tong-Gou 12 tomb there is image of armor and blade.In tomb 332 there is image of hunting.Those are important material for study.There many documents about Koguryo in china and korea.Some is about war or fight.These are very necessary material for study.This paper is plan to arrange archeology material,including wall-painting and docunmnets,discuss the use of certain type of weapon,separate the weapon of different period.
