Analysize On The View Of Unified Order Of Central Cultural Region In Pre-Qin And The Contemporary Value

With the grocess of globalization since the great geographical discoveries, the integration trend have become increasingly apparent in different areas, different regions and different levels. From the early 20th century League of Nations to the current United Nations, from the EU to the "10+3", in a different time and space, the international community is to practice the same choice. Pre-Qin is the incubation period of Chinese culture, where its subject is the central plains culture in the period, which have great influence on China after the unification and the whole of East Asia. Chiming in with the issue of building an international order with the trend of contemporay integration,combined the political term "Unity" of traditional cuture with the basic concept of "international order" of mordern international relations,presenting the "unified order" concept of central plains culture of pre-Qin dynasty,which deepening and enriching the international political theory with Chinese characteristics. In the mean while, interpretation of the unified order view of the central plains culture region in Pre-Qin, and research of the contemporary international political practice, which has some reference value for understanding and responding to the construction of new international order in the current integration trend.PartⅠ:The basis of production of the unified order concept of central plains culture of pre-Qin dynasty——the study of international political practice. Based on the defination of central plains culture of pre-Qin dynasty,summarized the meaning which it on international politics from the four aspects with science and technology culture, system culture, ideology culture and religious culture. From this foundation, then focus on the new inspection and grooming of the pratice of international politics from the doubled perspective of "actors" and "system" which are the core concept in mordern international politics.PartⅡ:Research The the prigin of the term "unify" and compared with the diversity expressions on the content based on the different perspectives of "Ru","Mo","Dao","Fa" philosophers, then refer to "world" concept and defined it as the three level unify of land,people desire and system. Then,connected with the concept of modern "order" and "international order", express the external features and internal logic of the two periods of the formation and strengthen,reconstruction and sumblimation of "unified order" of central plains culture of pre-Qin dynasty, and further to use the research results of the structure realism and moderate constructivist, abstract the analysis framework of unified order concept which is support by the two core concepts "physical structure" and "social structure" form the international political practice especially the evolution of international system.PartⅢ:Contemporary value analysis. First to analyze the commonality of ancient and modern international politics in the view of the international system, making the framework of the pre-Qin Dynasty which proposed in Part III applied to the international political in the post-Cold War times,and from sorting out of the practice of modern international system structure from i unipolarity to multipolarity,confirmed the conclusion on the international order from strengthen to the reconstruction.PartⅣ:Conclusion and Implications. Taking into account this inherent trend of international system structure from unipolarity to multipolarity in the post-Cold War, which have caused the evolution of contemporay "universal" order also will be transferred strengthen to reconstruction, that is to say, transform from world big country played the main role to the integration process which are promoted by European Union, ASEAN and other regional groups. Therefore, China should strive to do the following three areas:building the relative advantage of the phasical structure of future international system,; construction widely recognization of the future international system society,; take the peaceful development path in order to achieve the sublimation of unified order.
