In recent years, Chinese language teaching and learning is increasing in over the world. The Chinese as a second language learning process, Asia students who are studying Chinese faster than Europe and the United States students. This Situation may be due to differences in culture and thinking. Especially, Vietnamese students are also Asian students, but in learning the aspects of pronunciation (including speaking and listening), the Vietnamese students are too easily. to learn than the others.China and Vietnam has a long history between each other, Vietnam and China have many similarities. This is not display on the cultural aspects, but also in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation etc. These makes Vietnamese students learning Mandarin Chinese have a great advantage, but these advantages as well as some obstacles. After the author analyzed and found that Vietnamese students which are studying in Chinese tone makes some error. Vietnamese and Chinese is a word on behalf of a syllable, belonging to a tonal language. Two language voice system although some are similar but not exactly the same; Therefore, learners can be easily influenced by the mother tongue. It was-called "native language transfer" which is the second language learners often made obstacles.This thesis from the perspective of Chinese language teaching research the issue of Vietnamese students in learning Chinese tones according to use "interlanguage" theory to describe and analyze the problems. According to the characteristic of the Vietnamese students in learning Chinese tones, we made a research to find down the law of the error and pointed out the teaching method. The negative transfer from mother tongue to target language in tone is a system, we named it "the Vietnamese Chinese interlanguage tone system".This thesis based on the interlanguage theory to find out the interlanguage tone system. These help the readers who are teaching and studying Chinese realize on that laws and causes in order to improve and increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning Chinese.
