The Case Study On General Land Use Planning

This paper started with the system of general planning of land use based on the research and practice of land use in China and foreign countries. According to the general theoty and method of land use planning, and by taking the General land use planning of Acheng (1997? ?010) as an example, a study on theory and method of general land use planning was made with a presupposition of land resources continuance utilization for reasonable and intensive land utilization and land ecological system preservation. The pattern, model and methodology of making planning were discussed. The following proposals were put forward for the problems in general land use planning, Set up, step by step, the general land use planning system for every level all over the country. Enforce the study on general land use planning theory and methodology. Use modern technique for dynamic and intelligent land use planning. What a new ideas has been made in this essay lies in that an ecological evaluation monographic study has been engaged to before making plan of land use planning.
