The Reforming Tactics Carried Out By China's Financing Industry In The Process Of Economic Globalization

Promoted by the third wave of scientific and technological development, based on the market-oriented economy ,secured by various international economic organizations, the globalization of economy has become an unavoidable tendency since 1990s, with multinational corporations as its carrier. The globalization of economy may be represent- ed by the globalization of trade ,production and financing. Being the core of modern econ- omy ,the globalization of financing is the most active ,yet the most risking ,sensitive and vulnerable factor in promoting the globalization of economy ,compared with the global- ization of trade and production. The globalization of financing is characterized by the in- ternational development of financing transactions and institutions ,the large-scale flow of international capital ,the trend toward unanimity of financing policies in every coun- try ,and the globalization of financing market. It provides us not only an unprecedented opportunity but also a serious challenge. Under this circumstance ,China should further carry out our reform ,seeking benefits while avoiding disadvantages ,and we should take part,step by step,trying to insure the financial security by preventing and eliminating fi- nancial risks.
