| Electricity, a special kind of commodity, is the energy source of modern social activities, and is usually described as bloodstream of modern industry. Electricity price always has a decisive influence on the development of power industry, but in China, there are still puzzles left: 1. How to define a reasonable electricity price? 2. How to make the price reasonable? This paper, which provides analysis of existent problems on electricity price in GuangDong, points out that the high price not only results from impersonally unsolvable problems, but also dues to problems that exists in managerial systems. Furthermore, studies and discussions are provided on how to adjust the price to a reasonable one. |
