| The text describes the operations management system of Coase Guangzhou Chemical inks Limited Company, which is one of the leading foreign-invested inks manufacture in China market. The text is composed of two parts: Case Description and Case Analysis. Case Description tells how Mr. Liang Long, the General Manager of Coase Guangzhou changes his business strategy during the period while the Company is merged, and decides to improve the Company operations management system instead. In part two of Case Analysis, based on the years of practical enterprise management experiences, and combined with the theory of operations management etc, the text author puts forward his own ideas and solutions to improve the Company operations management system.
