Research For The Implementation Of House Property Hypothecary Regulation Of Macau

The implementation of house property hypothecation in essence means a juridical act that pledgee will regard house property right as a debt preferentially when debtor doesn fulfill obligation in the expiry of paying bill on credit sales. The purpose of house property hypothecation guarantees lies in ensuring the implementation of obligatory right. The house property industry is one of the pillar industries of Macau that occupies considerably important position in the whole economy of Macau. The implementation is not only related to the economic vicissitude problems, but also related to the safety and danger of the whole social political situation. To establish a safe, ordered and harmonious social environment, ensure a steady increase of the whole economy and improve the quality of the people life are the goals for which the government of Macau Special Administrative region have to endeavor. The implementation of house property hypothecation is beneficial to the realization of promoting these goals.
