The Bionic Study Of Technique Advancement And Industrial Transfer Of Corporations

The bionic study is a recently emerged research method of Management. It relates the problems of economy and management with the phenomena in the living world, with an attempt to explain the development of non-living things by the principle of the evolution of the organic world. As it is well known, the living world is a huge system in which the individual not only proceeds its own development and reproduction but also has relations with the outside, being affected and restricted by the whole environment. Different levels of living mechanism such as ood chain iosphere? and iogeocenose?are then formed on that basis. Features and principles of the living world are applicable to the economic and managerial field because the development of the latter one tends to become more and more various and complicate in case of economic integrity worldwide. If we continue to take such problems separately, regardless of the interaction between each element, then only the cx parte conclusion could be drawn. Moreover, in the circumstance of sustainable development, the economic system is certainly related with the living system, and the living and the non-living will definitely meet on the unparallel way. In this sense, the bionic study is available and applicable. The Life-cycle is one of the phenomena and principles in the course of the development of the living creatures. We generally assume that if the individual is able to remain in its prime time, the whole system can be assured of prosperity. That is the initial point of this article, which includes three chapters: the theory, the model, and the application. In Chapter One, the life-cycle theory of techniques, products, and industries is explained, which testifies the living mechanism of corporations from both micro and mecro respects. The structure of corporations?life-cycle is deduced on that basis, which indicates the fundamental function of technique advancement to the growth of corporations. At last, the conclusion of he life of corporations lies in the technique advancement?is drawn. In Chapter Two, an evaluation system of technique progress based on the pripie of corporations is established. It comprehensively evaluates the technique features of he living corporations?from such five respects as the basic status, the object, the competitiveness, the cooperation, and the continuity. It aimed to describe the status and problems in technique advancement, and draw close attention of the decision-makers. In Chapter Three, the rough status of home-appliance manufacturers is introduced, especially the development, features, and problems in techniques, products and industry. Then the strategy is put forward accordingly. Finally, a computer program is made for application. This article belongs to and is sponsored by the Natural Science Foundation of Beijing.
