Knowledge Workers Based On The Ability To Enhance The Career Life-cycle Study

In the era of the knowledge economy, knowledge worker as the carrier of knowledge, has to be the base of the value enhancement for the enterprises. With this special effect, the most obvious characteristic of knowledge worker is that they emphasis on the pullulation and development. Since competency is essential to the individual, this paper will make the research on the development of the career life cycle for the knowledge worker, from the point of view of competency enhancement. Firstly, this paper summarizes the prevenient theory of career life cycle. When considering the work transfer caused by frequent flow, this paper brings forward thetransfer pattern of the career life cycle for knowledge worker. Secondly, focusing onthe different career stage, this paper provides the relationship between the competency and the career stage, and puts forward the corresponding learning methods to enhance competency. Then this paper generalizes the evolution of the competency in the career life cycle, and stresses the organization effect on the individual competency enhancement.
