On The Crime Of Economy Economic Law

Abstract f Economic crime is a phenomenon that is paid more attention on than the common crime. And it related to the serious political struggle of our party and country. The officials who commit the economic crime are the key to struggle for corruption. As the supervisory office it抯 important function is check up and deal with those crimes in economy. But according to the development of market economic system in society, economy is increased, scale of market is expanded, body of market is rise in quantity, economic activity is more frequent, the relation is more complicated and the crimes in economy is more then before. These crimes result to serious aftereffect. It is the point that the supervisory must punish and guard the crimes in economy. The paper analysis the conceptiorn character ~. principle~ the problems which still exist in struggle and the improvement and method of supervisor in economic crime. Furthermore during the struggle for corruption, the author thinks about making the ideal of building the law true. The goal of the paper is to consummate the law and protect the normal order of social economic market.
