Research On The Strategy Of Merger And Acquisition Of Chinese Enterprises

Basing on the reality and the theory of Merger and Acquisition, the author analyzed reason types and chances of M&A. Accordingly, the author made some advice on the strategy of M&A of Chinese enterprises. The author especially discussed the choice model of M&A and the two sides of actions of Chinese government in M&A , and then put forward some ideas of his own.
