The Opportunities, Challenges And Some Proposals For The Import And Export Corporation In China Today

AbstractThe Import and Export Corporation plays a decisive role in the development of national economy. Due to the effect of economic globalization and China joining the WTO, the import and export corporations not only have to face the complicated difficulties and pressures from domestic and international market as well as the organization system of the corporation themselves and opportunities. The author of the thesis analyzes the current status and the developing trend of the world trade, the opportunities and challenges after China joining the WTO and raised some proposals for the import and Export Corporation. The author hope these proposals can provide effective and practical policy deciding basis for the changing, surviving and developing of import and export corporation.There are four parts in the thesis:In the first part, the author analyzes the current status and the trend of development of the world trade.In the second part of the thesis, the author analyzes the challenges and opportunities for the import and export corporation after china joining the WTO.In the third part of the thesis, the author makes research of the experience of multinational corporation development.The fourth part is the core part of the thesis, the author raised some detailed proposals for import and export corporation. These proposals include the adjustment of enterprise structure, promote electronic business, consummating deputy system, etc.
