Research On The Operational Model Of The Enterprise Knowledge Management

Knowledge management (KM) is the academic and enterprise focus topic which emerges to meet the need of the new economy. KM plays and important roles in streamlining and integrating the operational processes, lowering the operational costs, strengthening the innovation, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises and gaining the competitive advantages. According to the theory of core competence, the dissertation first analyzes the knowledge-based theory of the firm, discusses that the knowledge mastered by the enterprise is the source of the core competence. By the theory of value chain, the dissertation detailedly analyzes and expatiates the mainly dynamic activities such as knowledge creation, codification, transfer, share and innovation and the supportive activities such as enterprise culture, organizational structure and technologies. At the same time, it selects a series of appraisal indexes and then appraises the intelligence capital (IC), which has tentative research of the appraisal of IC. From what have discussed above, the dissertation builds the operational structure and puts forward the manipulable and implemental steps of KM project in the personnel, technology and knowledge contents aspects. At last, the case research verifies the validity of this dissertation theoretically and in practice.
