Research Of Chongqing's Private-enterprises On The Development Obstacles And Countermeasures

After developing for decades, private-enterprise has been a new engine for national economy to develop sustainablly. But because the private-enterprise has been recognized to be alien to socialism and some shortcomings are born with the private-enterprise, there are many obstacles in the way for the private-enterprise to develop. The dissertation makes overall research into the Chongqing's private-enterprise so as to provide reference for relevant organizations and the private-enterprises.Firstly synthetizing firm theory in existence, the dissertation presents the model of enterprise development, and founds a comprehensive index system to evaluate the developing competence of enterprise to quantitizing the model. Based on the model, by questionnaire and interviews, the dissertation make clear the obstacles which exist in exterior and interior of the Chongqing's private enterprise. Furthermore, applying game theory, the dissertation demonstrates the exterior and interior can co-operate to develop the private-enterprise. Finally, to the obstacles, conforming to game theory, the dissertation carries out countermeasures.Although the dissertation aims at the Chongqing's private-enterprise, because there have many commons in all kinds of enterprises, the dissertation is helpful for other enterprises.
