The Financing Obstacles And Countermeasures Of Software Medium And Small-sized Enterprise

Our country's Software Industry develops rapidly in recent years, but in general, its scale is still very small, the software enterprise is mainly medium and small-sized enterprises(MSE),the capital problem has became a big obstacle which restricted our software enterprises grown up and competed with the international software company in a same stage.The thesis begins with the common rule of hi-tech MSE, connects with our Software Industry's developing status and the capital problem which restricts Software MSE's development, combines the financing status of Software MSE(SMSE),analyses the obstacle and the cause of the financial problem, and then compares with international experiences, puts forward some revolutionary and practicable proposals for resolving the financial problem of SMSE. The thesis includes six parts:The first part introduces the topic selection background, the academic and practice meaning, the domestic and national research status, and the content of the thesis.The second part elaborate the development status of our Software Industry, analyses the characteristics of SMSE, and puts forward that the capital problem is still the big obstacles among the process of SMSE's development.The third part enumerates the financing channels, manners, and characteristics of our SMSE.The forth part analyses the financing obstacles and its causes.The fifth part describes the American and India's experiences of supporting SMSE' financing.The sixth part systematically puts forwards the proposals andcountermeasures of improving our SMSE's financing obstacles.
