Research On Consulting Mechanism Of Ecological Environment Construction

China is one of the most serious natural disasters on soil erosion in the world. According to data from the state council, there were 367 km2 area lightly eroded by water and wind in 1989, which was 38.2% of whole country dry land area. Aggravation of ecological environment has obstructed the progress of Chinese modernization. So, improving and strengthening ecological environment construction is the key to achieve the Chinese modernization. Since 1998 China has made large-scale ecological environment construction in some important areas such as middle and upper-stream of Yellow River and YangZi River, windy and dusty area and grasslands, etc. During the progress of ecological environment construction, it is the key to achieve the prospected construction objects that consulting can be brought into effect. After concept of consulting of ecological environment construction is deduced from the statement of general construction project, this paper lists the contents and characters about project progress, project investment and project quality of ecological environment construction. Finally, there is a example that includes detailed contents of consulting mechanism of ecological environment construction.This paper is helpful to popularizing practice and perfecting mechanism of ecological environment construction.
