A Study Of Online-Payment System In E-commerce:The Tendency And Strategy

E-Commerce is essential for national economic development. To develop a favorable online payment system is of most significant studies in E-commerce. This article discusses the current e-commerce situation and global payment systems. It reviews the interactive relationships among the e-commerce, e-banking, e-payment and e-money. Furthermore, this article also discusses some financial problems correlate with e-money, such as the law and the security against electronic transactions. By merging variety of e-payment models, such as European, American, and Macau model, I am proposing a practical strategy of e-payment system for e-commerce development in our country.
