On The Phenomena Of Governmental Invalidity

Government invalidity is a problem many countries are facing in the course of developing market economy, including China which is in a transforming period. How to prepare and solve this problem is a theoretical question as well as a practical question needed to be settled urgently. Guided by Marxist Economics and Administration, this thesis probes into this problem through three sections. The first section explains the meaning of government invalidity and its appearance in four spheres. It comments on the western intellectuals explanation of the cause and comes to some rescue measures on this base. The second section carries out the analyses of China. It shows that the current Chinese government抯 emphasis on the charging of economical role obviously implies that repairing and correcting government invalidity is a hard and important work. In some fields of incomplete system and market rules, government invalidity has brought some bad impact. This section also researches the phenomena and course of Chinese government invalidity, to some dagger. The third section puts forward some measures on how to prepare for and solve the problem of government invalidity, According to our country抯 situation, this thesis suggests that we should complete a democratic, scientific, and standard decision mechanism. We should borrow a competitive effect mechanism to improve the activates of the government抯 interference, we should also make the relation of interest sound to confirm the nightlines of the government interference and complete relative low system to standardize the government interference.
