The Early Warning System Of Enterprise Operation

The bankrupt of enterprise not only can cause the economic loss, but also can impact its correlative parties, such as debtee, investor, employee etc, and cause the macro-economic fluctuated. This can cause employee out of work and impact the stabilization and flourish of society. Therefore it is necessary to establish the warning system of enterprise operation for pre-controlling the enterprise condition in order to reduce all kinds of losses.Firstly, the feasibility of the warning system of enterprise operation was proved and the methodology was found based on analysis of the development of warning research of macro-economic around the world. The index of the warning system of enterprise operation was selected as the emphases of this dissertation. Secondly, the structure of the warning system of enterprise operation was established on the basis of its function analysis. Thirdly, the limitation of current indexes was analyzed. The evaluation indexes were selected based on analyzing both the relationships between enterprises and their correlative parties and the relationships between enterprises and environment of society and nature. Fourthly, the calculation methods and standardization ways for the indexes were put forward. The impact factors and evaluating of the index weights were discussed in the process of calculating synthesis index. Finally, the process of the warning system of enterprise operation was put forward. Some critical issues were discussed, such as index prediction, setting warning limit, warning signal output, crisis of warning system and their countermeasures. In the summary, what the author learned from this warning system research was described and the next research contents were brought forward.
