After 1990s, the electric power market of our country has entered low-level equilibrium basically of supply and demand, and the electric power market has been buyer's market stage. Power industry has already carried on the market-oriented reform too. Under the environment of market-oriented economy, the power supply enterprises have strengthened the work of marketing of electric power. They explore the electric power market actively, offer the good service, satisfy customer's demands for electric power, and so on. Then they have brought about the advance in undertaking of electric power.For getting accurately the situation of the marketing effect of power supply enterprise at present, we need to determine the quantitative and qualitative index system, and evaluate synthetically the quality by the fuzzy method. Hereby I study about this subject.This Thesis is mainly made up of index system of marketing effect about the electric supply enterprise, synthesis fuzzy method of evaluation, an instance which uses the method to evaluate an enterprise, the solution of software realization. This text analyses about the factors influencing marketing result of power supply enterprise at first. It has set up a set of indexes system of evaluation marketing result of power supply enterprise on this basis. It adopts the Analytical Hierarchy Process to confirm the index weights. Used the fuzzy comprehensive method, it evaluated the marketing result of power supply enterprise; At last, the text proposed a system of software to realize the schemes.The whole thesis has put forward a system which is suitable to evaluate marketing result of power supply enterprises. This system is beneficial to promote the electric power's marketing effect of power supply enterprises.
