Research On Legal Problem Of The Security Interests In International Financing And Leasing Of The Aircraft Equipment

In international financing and leasing of the aircraft equipment, whether the security interests of the debtee could be guaranteed effectively will have a great influence upon the speed and cost of the transaction. Therefore, Draft Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and Draft Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment were born, it is in them that the legal conception of International Interests in Aircraft Equipment was brought up firstly.In this thesis, the author researches the main legal systems of the draft Convention and draft Protocol profoundly joined with the comparison with the related civil law and international Convention, further analyses their influence upon the international and civil aviation, and expounds what a manner we should have toward them. It is not only in theory but also in practice that the thesis will have an important meaning.
