A Study On International Security Interests In Aircraft Under Construction

With the rapid development of the world's aviation industry, accompanied by the generation of huge financing needs, the international security financing in the aircraft under construction gradually comes into people's vision. The main problem is how to quickly and effectively protect the rights of creditors, and if the rights of creditors can not be guaranteed, it will greatly increase the difficulty of financing in the process of equity trading.Therefore, the international security interests in aircraft under construction becomes an important system in international aircraft financing and leasing, and aircraft transaction.The problems related on international security interest system in aircraft under construction are not clearly defined in international law and domestic law, which only generally mention that the aircraft under construction can be mortgaged. Thus,international financing of aircraft under construction are faced with the plight of the law, in many cases it can only be analogized to other application of laws, which greatly weakens the authority and stability of the inherent laws. In order to adapt to the trend of diversified development of modern economy, we urgently need to establish a legal system in international security interests for aircraft under construction, which is supposed to promote continuously upgrading of China's aircraft manufacturing industry.
