The rapid development of computer network , especially the overwhelming developing Internet, which integrated the computer technology and the communication technology, with the advantages of tremendous amount information > extraordinary transmission speed and strong mutuality, deeply changes the speed and path of transmitting & copying information. It not only provides the world economic development and cultural dissemination with an unprecedented opportunity, but also brings the great impacts & deep level reforming to the relevant laws in different countries in the world, especially to the law of Intellectual Property, and it also submits an epochal challenge to people's legislating the law of Intellectual Property protection. This article approaches that how to protect the Intellectual Property of Internet.
