Under the background of China's political modernization history, this thesis makes a tentative and comparative study of the Three-Generation Leadership Group's GPACCPC in terms of a historical investigation. The thesis holds that China's political modernization, especially, the modernization of the political party, is one of the important components of China's social modernization. The thesis is divided into 3 parts:Part I elaborates on a variety of their GPAC, from Mao Zedong's "multidimensional stereoscopic structure pattern, in other words, the people's democratic dictatorship and rule of virtue is of the core and crux, relying mainly on the party's policy while making law subsidiary is of elemental characteristics, the masses' political movement and the ideological and political work are means and channel. Five kinds of GPAC consists of a system in the fields of theory and practice. Binary structure prototype of Deng Xiaoping's "governing the country by legal systems and ethics " to binary structure pattern of Jiang Zemin's "managing the state affairs by law and ethics", and makes evaluations.Part II expounds a comparative study of the Three-Generation Leadership Group's GPACCPC. They are the three major statesmen during the different periods of modern China. They are many identities as well as differences among their GPAC. The development of GPAC is a flexuous and gradual process. Deng and Jiang have been carrying and expanding the right aspects of Mao's plan while summing up the lessons and avoiding the recurrence of the same mistakes that Mao had made in his later years. Meanwhile, part II objectively analyzes the several key and prominent reasons for their distinctions faced in the process of the evolution of GPAC as well as China's socialist political party modernization.mPart III gets some enlightenments: 1, we must consistently insist on andimprove the leadership of the CPC. 2. we must persistently adhere to the ideological route of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. 3. we must maintain that it is important and necessary for several generation leadership groups to ceaselessly inherit and transcend so as to acquire the mature, high-efficient and scientific GPAC. This study will surely be of great theoretical and practical significance in building up socialist modernization with Chinese Characteristics.
