A Historical Investigation Of The CPC 's Strategy Of Ruling The Country By Law After The Founding Of The People' S Republic Of China

“Laws are the essential tools to rule a country, Law based governance is the premise of prosperity”. The 4th Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of CPC makes an elaborate deployment for comprehensively promoting theRule of Law policy in the new circumstances. A new episode of legal construction has been made out. Reviewing the ruling history of CPC, from being a sprout to deeply understanding, from a ruling strategy to a comprehensively promoting theory, the course of rule of law is a continuously deepening cognition of CPC, a sequential improvement of its governing capacity and is a persistent enrichment of the theory of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics. This paper researches this historical course using literature research method. With timeline clue, this paper ravels out the development of the rule of law after the founding of the state by using the theories and law policies of rule of law as entry points. The experiences and enlightenments summarized from this process are of great significance to comprehensively promoting rule of law under the overall arrangements of building moderately prosperous society, comprehensively deepening reform, law-based governance and Party discipline.
