The issue of mechanism for the education of thinking and politics is the fundamental one that determines why and how the activities of the education of thinking and politics, together with its systems, function in reference to its laws and mode. From the perspective of the survival and development of human beings, this paper is intended to, based on the theory that needs are the nature of human beings, explore the so-called social activity as the education of thinking and politics with an additional examination of the construction of its systems and theoretically solve and establish the following standpoints: 1) Needs as nature of human beings, are meaningful in terms of world view and methodology. The impersonal existence of man's needs determines and gives rise to the survival and development of human beings as a whole. Being essentially the survival and development of human beings, needs are somewhat for the purpose of societal progression and human promotion. The role of needs in this sense is eternally active and ultimately significant for life; 2) The impersonal existence of man's needs of survival and development are the prime mover of ideas production and formation. Ultimately speaking, people's ideas are not externally imposed or subjectively productive, but originated in the needs of man's survival and development. Driven by the needs of their own, people form their ideas in the comse of satisfying themselves in relation to the outside objects and manifest their ideas in a unique style, and become part of human beings. Second, the contradiction between absoluteness and relativity in the course of satisfying and realizing the needs of man's survival and development become the peculiar antinomy of the education of thinking and politics, namely the contradiction between man's thinking with its behavior and requirements of social development. This therefore determines the establishment of the systems of the education of thinking and politics and the practicality and inevitability of initiating activities. Third, the needs of man's survival and development also determines the special relationship between peopleininvolved in the activities intended for the education of thinking and politics, that is, the dialectically interactive relationship between the pedagogue and the educate. The relationship of that kind as fundamental hi the course of the activities held for the education of thinking and politics constitutes the style of the activities specific to the education of thinking and politics, making itself become the full realization of the one which exists between man's survival and development and requirements of social advancement and the manifestation of social relationship between members of a community, 3) The needs of man's survival and development are the basis of constructing the systems of the education of thinking and politics hi the sense that they standardize the whole content of education systems of thinking and politics: first, the needs of man's survival and development standardize the principles and approaches of the education of thinking and politics; second, the needs of man's survival and development standardize the content and objective of the education of thinking and politics; third, the needs of man' survival and development standardize the environment and effect of the education of thinking and politics.In short, the whole systems of the education of thinking and politics together its activities should serve the purpose of reflecting and bringing forth the needs of man's survival and development which may be the starting point for the foundation of setting-up of functioning systems in accordance with satisfying and realizing the needs of man's survival and development. Consequently, the whole systems of the education of thinking and politics may be truthfully viewed as the cognitive condition and one of the socializations which is of necessity in satisfying and realizing the needs of man's survival and development.
