Since 1990s, the process of economic globalization was speeded up cleary. It exerts great influence on human's life in every aspect. This article by means of analysing the economic connolation and the political implication of economic globalization, to show the complex relations which are complement, support each other and repllence, opposition each other, as well as the objective restriction and the subjective erosion between economic globalization and state sovereignty, only thus can we bring to light the variations of development of state sovereignty in the process of economic globalization. On the basis of it, for one thing, by analysing the rationality and legality which state sovereignty continue to exist under the tendency in obvious speeding up the process of economic globalization, to prove the principle of state sovereignty can't be exceeded. For another, face up to objective restriction and subjective erosion of economic globalization to state sovereignty, to prove that after China active take part in the process of economic globalization, in order to defend and realize China's state sovereignty and state interests to the maximum, China must accurately hold state sovereignty's rich content again, distinguish the state sovereignty which regard as the highest authority from the specific state sovereignty's perform which take as the sovereignty's derivation. China must according to the objective restriction and the subjective erosion of economic globalization to state sovereignty, to establish the opinion about sovereignty, what sovereignty is also the indispensable's of nation state exist and development, the limited of state sovereignty's perform, the relativism of state sovereignty, and choose under the prerequisite of holding and defending the state sovereignty, with regard to the its perform with sovereignty position of rational limited. In the process of economic globalization, China must adhere to principle whichclosely combine holding and defending the state sovereignty with making China's biggest interests, and by China's comprehensive national power and whole strength, use the extensive developing country's collective strength and interenational community's just strength to validly defend China's state political independence and safety, to realize China's early unification, to validly defend China's economic sovereignty and safety, cultural sovereignty and safety.
