Facility is the important part of national economy element and substantial basis of produce of enterprise. Its operating habit affects directly product quality and economical income. Therefore how to undertake valid utilization of facility and better operating habit is highly interested problem of enterprise.At present, the work time of many enterprises' facilities has exceeded their deadline. It is necessary that drawing up renewal decision system of both undertaking safety and combining income. Among all articles of this aspect, some discuss the best renewal period of facility and some seek the best renewal spot of facility. This paper attempts to analyze renewal decision of facility combining economy with technology.When it turns up abnormality > diagnoses fault > maintains system and estimates remained life, facility should be found fault component, mechanism-, character and development trend. They can prevent aimless disassemble> reduce destroy factor, shorten the time of maintenance and stopping machine and predict the remained life and residual value. Although having many methods now, their compatibility can' t fulfill the work demand. Thereby it is important that drawing up a utilitarian method. This paper adopts FMECA method to eliminate and check fault > catch substantive fault then provide basis for maintenance and replacement decision. Because the category of facility is many, this paper principally researches the facility of long life such as tractor N auto and the facility of short life such as personal computer.First of all, this paper discusses the maintenance and replacement decision of facility of long life and chooses tractors as a example.Facility renewal includes capital repair > modernization rebuilding and replacement. This paper researches the best renewal mode through the three aspects and adopts four decision projects. The first is capital repair; The second is modernization rebuilding; The third is replaced by the facility of alike category; The fourth is changed by the facility of better technology and better proportion of capability and price. At last, by calculating the sum of consumption of every year, the four decision projects can be compared each other and then% 57 51 ft 59 Mmake a conclusion.Finally, this paper discusses the maintenance and replacement decision of facility of short life and chooses personal computers as a example.By specific situations and tasks, personal computers consider three decision projects. Firstly, when personal computers turn up fault, the methods of checking fault can find fault component and mechanism. Calculating and comparing the consumption of maintenance and replacement can made decision. Then the physical wear of personal computers can be compensated. Secondly, when personal computers rum up moral wear-up, both upgrading and changing can solve this problem. Which mode on earth can be adopted ? This can also be concluded by calculating and comparing their consumption. Because of the feature of short life, moral wear-out and physical wear can be displayed quickly. The decision of maintenance and replacement has certain universal significance.
