Through the analysis on increase in requirement and it' s influences factors and the development trend of brandization of leisure wear in recent years, It comes out that an enterprise must seize the chance of the internationalized and globalized development of leisure wear and carry out brand operation according to the requirement of rule of market economy development. The paper describes the usual theory of brand operation, introduces how brand operation comes into being and how it develops , and the present situation , feature and development trend of the mode of brand operation at home and abroad .The paper also analyses the history of the brand operation by Chinese tradition garments enterprises. In view of structure adjustments on textiles and garments products in Nanchong city , the paper discusses executing brand operation on leisure wear, introduces basic thought and aim of executing brand operation on the textiles and garments products in Nanchong city , and also introduces the open ,simplified, eminent and innovated mode of brand operation system. The paper brings forward problems and methods to be paid attention to when executing brand operation.
