| The construction of teachers’ ethics and style is the fundamental requirement of the construction of teachers in the new era,as well as the essential requirement of moral cultivation for teachers.The negative emotion generated by the interaction between individual teachers and environment is an important obstacle to the construction of teachers’ ethics,and also an unstable factor that leads to corporal punishment and other improper behaviors of teachers’ ethics.From the perspective of the correlation between negative emotion and immoral behavior,this paper combines theory and empirical analysis to provide a new perspective for the attribution and governance of teacher moral misconduct.In order to understand the current situation of negative emotions of primary and secondary school teachers in Wuhan and Xiangyang,and to prevent and control the teacher moral misconduct caused by negative emotions.Based on ego depletion theory,trigger turn aggression theory and job burnout theory,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey among 1956 primary and secondary school teachers,observed the status quo of teachers’ negative emotions and teachers’ deviant behavior,and analyzed the influence of teachers’ negative emotions on teachers’ deviant behavior based on the construction of regression model.The statistical results show that:(1)The overall perception degree of primary and secondary school teachers is relatively high,and the perception degree of teachers with different educational background,age,professional title and teaching age is different;(2)Primary and secondary school teachers generally have a low degree of identification with the anomic behavior of teacher ethics,and teachers of different ages,teaching years and educational backgrounds have different degrees of perception of negative emotions;(3)After controlling demographic variables,the negative emotions of teachers from students,colleagues and managers have a significant positive impact on teacher ethics anomic behavior.Based on the statistical results,this paper further explores the internal mechanism of teachers’ negative emotions from three dimensions: student source,colleague source and manager source.They are as follows: teaching and research is difficult,emotional labor loss is high;Poor communication and cooperation,organization of collective silence;Reward and punishment evaluation is not reasonable,accelerate job burnout.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward: first,train teachers’ emotional intelligence and enhance teachers’ situational regulation ability;Second,optimize assessment and salary standards to encourage teamwork;Thirdly,strengthen organizational support and improve teachers’ commitment. |
