The Analysis And Design Of Regional Sustainable Development Decision Support System

Sustainable development is a new development strategy, which has been concerned about by the whole world since the 1987's "World Commission on Environment and Development". From then on a wide range of scientific research has been done.But there is still few researches on the information and decision support of sustainable development. Regional sustainable development is the foundation of the country, even of the whole world. So it is important to study further the regional sustainable development decision support system (RSDDSS) , which will give service to the decision-maker and conduce to implement the target of region sustainable development. On the basis of the summary of the previous researches, regional sustainable development and RSDDSS are defined afresh. This thesis analyzes the framework and functions of RSDDSS, and designs the means of system integration, which make the foundation for exploiting the whole system. This thesis designs emphatically the data base of RSDDSS. Finally, according to the principle of regional sustainable development and elasticity coefficient method, this thesis analyzes the harmonization station between population and economy, and some auxiliary decision advisements are presented.This thesis is experiment about the theory of regional sustainable development and practice, which plays the important actual meaning.
