China's securities market developed very rapidly, it has a certain scale, and so did the securities intermediate organization, the united market and supervisor system formed primarily, and the status of securities market is rising in the national economy. It played an important role in promoting national economy to develop, advancing reformation of state enterprises, adjusting industries structure, and broadening investment channels. However, the defects of securities are very obvious, for example, the market is underdeveloped, the system of supervisor is not perfect, the controlling structure of company is not scientific and perfect, there isn't withdraw-mechanism in the market, and the investor education is very backward.The third party is the conception on promoting China's securities market develops healthily. In accord to the major problems and reason, the author pointed out his conception:1. The structure of market would be united and perfected, the steps of appearing in the market for anti-public ownership enterprises would be fastened, the stock-rights structure of company would be disunited.2. The sequent and inefficient supervisor system would be set up for hurry.3. The controlling structure of companies who appeared in the securities market would be perfected scientified.4. The withdraw-mechanism would be carried out.5. The investor education would be intensified. Basised on other countries' and areas' theory, practice and China's actuality, the author pointed out: Education of the tactics for investing, the personal assets management and the market participation would be carried out on investors.
