After Joining The Wto, China's Securities Market To Develop Countermeasures

China's securities industry will face more and morechallenges after entrance of WTO. This thesis focuses on the developing countermeasures of China's securities industry from three aspects, including securities market, securities companies and listed companies. First, it reviews the history of the development of China's securities industry and studies the current situation. Then, on the basis of introduction of the WTO regulations and the current situation of the developed securities industry, it analyses the advantages and the disadvantages of WTO accession. In the end, some suggestions of developing China's securities industry are put forward.
