Research On Education Of High Qualified Enterprisers

Enterpriser is a special resource in socialist market economy and is playing an increasingly important role. As reform opening proceeds and economy develops, it is a key topic to us to find out a way to enhance our acknowledgement to enterpriser the No.l rare resource and make full use of it. In this article, the author presents his research in this field. With a combination of microscopic view and macroscopic view, theory and practice, present and future, the author tries to make his research theoretical, instructive and practical.This article consists five parts. In part 1: The author gives a brief summay of China and other countries' experiences and explains the significance of highly qualified enterprisers. In part 2: After comparing basic characteristics and qualification demands of enterprisers in and out of China, the author abvocates that enterpriser of Chinese characteristics should be of politics, view, ability, knowledge, merit and leadership. In part 3: The author analyzes the present situation of enterprisers in China after the reform and opening-up and the obstacles of cultivating highly qualified enterprisers. The analysis is about six fields of old system, idea and view, market mechanism, education and cultivation mechanism and motivation mechanism. In part 4: The author explains six measures of perfecting the personnel administration system and enterpriser evaluation system and his basic opinion of highly qualified enterprisers cultivation. In part 5: The author points out the abuses hi present enterprisers group construction, elaborates the importance of providing good envisonments for highly-qualified enterprisers group cultivation and forwards a lot of detailed suggestions of bettering seven absolutely necessary environments for enterprisers. These environments are public opinion, market work, social assurance, law and service.
