Study On The Application Of Economic Information In The Management Of Macro-Economics

With the development of society, the progresses of science and technology and prosperity of economy, information has become the essential source of wisdom in every field and stratum in the present world. The economic information is the essential element, which the market economy depends on to be established and perfected. Especially after our country joins the WTO, the objective of realizing that the nation macroscopically controls national economy to develop continuously, quickly and harmoniously, must require timely, correct and reliable economic informant ion to provide intellectual resources. Researching the economic information is of important functions for strengthening the macro-economic management and fully making the economic management function of government well under the socialist market economic system.This thesis first reveals the connotation and basic characteristics of the economic information and macro-economic management. And it analyzes the main functions exerted by economic information in the respect of macro-economic management theoretically.
