Deng Xiaoping economic management thought refers to the stand, viewpoint, and method embodied by the contemporary Chinese communists headed by Mr. Deng in china's economic management. It is one of important parts in the system of Deng Xiaoping theories. The author in the thesis focuses on the Thought's two great levels, fundamental principals, major methodology, and important characteristics and so on. He makes an attempt to explore into the four issues above and tries to highlight the Thought's abundant connotation.To achieve this goal, the thesis is composed of four parts. Part one dwells on the Thought's two great levels. The Thought's main contents and points are exposed from the macro and micro managements: to emphasize the macro-control and the micro-flexibility. Part two is on the basic principals. The author mainly expounds that the Thought contains three basic principals: the principal of the criteria of productive forces, the principal of combing rights, responsibilities, benefit and the efficiency, and the principal of adopting economic methods to manage economy. Part three is on the major methodology. The author analyzes the three methods of economic management applied in the Thought: scientific management method, democratic management method, and orientation management method. Part four is on the important characteristics. The author expounds that the Thought is characterized by practicality, scientificality, creativity, and receptiveness.Deng Xiaoping economic management thought is broad and profound. This thesis is just the elementary results of researching the Thought. Most of its contents need further reflecting and understanding. Completely and correctly mastering and applying the Thought is a long-term task.
