Study On International Anti-monopoly Law & Making-Antimonopoly-Law Of China

The monopoly is the product of highly-developed commodity. It blocks the way of proper competition. The monopoly is important not only for the enterprise and the consumer, but also for the economy of a country. Recently, it appears in our country. There is not Anti-monopoly Law in China, so it is the necessary to make Anti-monopoly Law now.The article looks into the cause, the relation of the monopoly and the competition, introduces Anti-monopoly Law of America and European community, and puts forward some suggestions on making Anti-monopoly Law taking into the status quo in China.
