Transnational Corporations came into being when Capitalist developed into imperialist during capital outflow was possible. With the unification of world economy and fiee investment, with the coming new millennium 桲nowledge Economy period, more and more manufacturers and scholars have began to hold similar ideas with regard to the active role of Transnational Corporations. The development of Transnational Corporations in developing countries lias made ftmction of Transnational Corporations more and more versatile.
