Research On Law System Of Oversea Investment Insurance

Oversea investment insurance scheme, which is a basic legal system with the purpose to encourage and protect oversea private direct investment, as the most effective measures employed by the capital export states, protects the interests and safe of the oversea direct investor systematically and directly. At present, the oversea investment of our state takes on a fast developing trend, but effective legal system has not been formed. It's an urgent task to establish the oversea investment insurance system in our state.The paper points out the necessity as well as possibility of carrying out the investment insurance scheme in our country by researching on the investment insurance scheme provided in the relevant international convention and those adopted in several developed counties, and puts forward some legislative proposals, with the view to making contribution to the relevant legislation in our state.
