Research On Law System Of Oversea Investment Insurance

Investment insurance scheme is a basic legal system in the protection system of the capital export country. The main motive to establish this system is to accelerate native investment to export and strengthen international competitive status by providing political risk legal guarantee for oversea private investment. It employs an efficient way to protect the interest and safe of the oversea direct investment systematically and directly by solving the main baffle to protect the property oversea for capital export country.The article, which is subdivided into four chapters, discusses and researches on the issue of investment insurance scheme. Firstly, I focus on the basic theme of the investment insurance scheme, such as the concept, character, types and etc. to demonstrate the value of this scheme as the main party in the law system of investment protection in capital exports country. Secondly, with the means of comparison and demonstration, I demonstrate the main contents of investment insurance scheme.
