Research On Legislation Concerning GATS In Finance Service & Supervision On Foreign Capital Banks

The establishments of World Trade Organization and General Agreement on Trade in Service have normalized the operation on international trade services, and promoted the development of international trade services. Our country is going to be accepted as a member of WTO. It is important for us to study the regulations of GATS, improving the legislation concerning supervision on foreign capital banks.In the thesis we have studied the provisions of GATS and present legislation on supervising foreign capital banks in China. Also we analyzed the challenges our country will face after joining into WTO, as well as the discrepancy in our legislation on foreign capital banks. We have given our legal proposals in the thesis on import of foreign capital banks and efficiently monitoring of foreign capital banks.
