Research On Problem Of China's Supervision Of Foreign Capital Banks

Financial services play an increasing prominent role in the economies of all developed and developing nations. After China's entry into the WTO, our financial market will open to the world. More foreign capital bank will come into China with the bank service market's opening. China's supervision of foreign capital banks will face more challenges brought by the WTO.This paper begins with the general theories of bank supervision, seriously analyses and studies on the international legal system of the banking supervision and the banking provision in the WTO , put forward the measures against the problem of the china's foreign capital bank supervision.
